Refund policy

At Skinluent ®, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase from us meets the highest quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery (not from the order date).

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • In the same condition as received, with tags and safety seals intact.

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt/email confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Personal care, skincare, or beauty items once unsealed.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Customized or limited-edition items.

(Exception: If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, these restrictions will not apply.)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  1. Notify us immediately at contact@skinluent.in with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Initiate Request: We will initiate a return request, our pickup agent will pickup the item from your address

  2. Inspection: Once received at our facility, the item will be inspected.

  3. Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Skinluent ® will cover all shipping costs.

  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Options & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

7. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return the original item following the above steps.

  • Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • If cancelled within this period, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible—you may request a return after delivery.

9. Local Returns / Pickups

  • If you are located in Hyderabad, you may request a return pickup or drop-off at our facility for added convenience.

  • For other locations, returns will be processed via courier.
