At Skinluent ®, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders, delivery timelines, charges, and what to expect in case of delays or issues.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Custom/pre-order items (if applicable) may take longer; timelines will be shared during checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (India): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days (available in select cities).

  • Local Delivery (Hyderabad region): Same-day or next-day delivery (for eligible pin codes).

⚠️ Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, strikes, or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 will incur a ₹50 shipping fee.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract an additional ₹20 handling fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website or the tracking link provided.

5. Packaging & Restrictions

  • All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage.

  • Certain products (e.g., aerosols, flammable goods) may have shipping restrictions depending on location. If your order is affected, our support team will notify you.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • For damaged items, email us at contact@skinluent.in with photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Skinluent ® is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Communication & Updates

  • You will receive notifications at each stage:

    • Order confirmation

    • Order dispatched

    • Out for delivery

    • Delivery confirmation

  • In case of delays, we will notify you by email/SMS.

9. Local Delivery & Pickup Options (If Applicable)

  • Local delivery in selected areas of Hyderabad is available for same/next-day service.

  • Pickup option (if offered) will be shown at checkout.
